Project: Reusable Shopping Bag

The challenge:

As part of their mission, Thrive Market is committed to being a good steward of the environment. They realized that they needed to develop a sustainable, reusable bag.

What we did:

In collaboration with Thrive Market’s design team, we co-developed the company’s first reusable bag, made out of rPET (recycled plastic bottles).

Result:

The bag has become extremely popular among consumers, to date receiving nearly 400 4.5 star reviews online. Based on the success of the bag launch, Singer Sustainability has now been engaged to build out Thrive’s zero waste category to address a gap in the products they offer, respond to increased consumer demand and leverage unrealized sales in this category. We are creating a carefully vetted set of zero waste products, prioritized and based on trending categories.
