Client:

Frankie’s came to Singer Sustainability with an innovative line of chocolate and fruit that was having some market place success.  The owner of the business wanted to position it to sell at Whole Foods, but needed guidance from someone who has “been there, done that.”

Problem:

Although the fundamental concept was excellent, the product itself needed improvement if it was to succeed at Whole Foods.

Solution:

Singer Sustainability is working with Frankie’s to optimize its product by sourcing high quality, all natural ingredients. We are expanding the line. Through our work with Frankie’s we also optimized ingredient sourcing, identified appropriate costs of goods and margins, and formulated a pack size and retail pricing strategy.
